Beatriz Santiago Muñoz occupies the main space of Pivô with a selection of works from different periods of her career, which essentially investigates the possibilities and formats of the moving image. Her research takes place on the threshold between fiction and documentary and is based on post-colonial and feminist studies, in addition to experimental ethnography, to build a visual universe full of local mythologies, historical research and, above all, informed by direct contact and exchanges that establishes with its interlocutors, be they actors or non-actors.

The project, curated by Fernanda Brenner, is part of the 34th São Paulo Biennial program.
